A professional business image is what counts when attractuing customers - according to research commissioned by Microsoft UK.

Of those surveyed 53% said they would be more likely to use a small business if they have a professional looking website and email address.

Also, 90% who responded said that they are likely to use a local supplier who uses a business email address as opposed to  a personal one. 41% said they would proactively ignore businesses using a personal email address.

Significantly, 95% of consumers check a business' website BEFORE deciding whether to buy from a particular supplier.
